C. Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation, we will email you a shipping label, this can be used to mail the product back to us.

E. Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

F. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Guarantees: Some products sold may have a guarantee included with the product, in this case, if you wish to start to repair the product, please contact us and we will complete your request - These are handled on a case by case basis, if you would like to return / refund the product, we will email you a shipping label, this can be used to mail the product back to us, providing you a return or refund
